Provenance and longevity.
A house we represent must have a serviceable line ten years deep, and a working factory we can call.
Materials we can defend.
Cast iron, brushed steel, glass, walnut, oak, brass. If a piece relies primarily on plastics, we are unlikely to carry it.
A service network we can stand behind.
Authorized parts, factory-trained technicians within a defensible drive of Natchez, and a callback number we are willing to share with you.

We say no to anything we cannot service in person, anything that requires its app to function as designed, and anything whose warranty depends on a registration page we have not been able to read end to end. We can recommend competent alternatives if a line we do not carry is the only one that suits your room.
